Ownership as an office.
Talvora Holdings Limited is a corporate shareholding company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. Its business is the holding of shares in other companies, and its affairs are directed by its board.
Talvora treats ownership as an office to be discharged. A shareholder holds rights, but those rights exist to be exercised responsibly and in the long-term interest of the companies concerned. This is why Talvora adopts, and publishes, a formal Shareholder Engagement Policy.
Talvora is deliberately small and deliberately still. It raises no external capital, offers no services to the public, and makes no solicitation. It is not an investment firm or fund and is not regulated by CySEC.
What Talvora offers the companies in which it holds shares is constancy: a shareholder that behaves the same way through every cycle, records how it behaves, and holds itself to that record.
"An office is defined by its duties, not its privileges. So it is with shareholding."
